Regarding the PAYMENT

Payment of the contract indicates the student's firm intention to take the classes therefore it is not-refundable.
If the student can not start the classes, on the specify day, the payment might pass to a future start date, only if the if notification is received at least one week in advance.
If the payment is pass to a future starting day, and the student do not attend, there is not refunds or transfers.
If a cancellation is granted, SOL Spanish Language Classes will retain 10% of the payment to cover administrative expenses.

Regarding the ATTENDANCE

Classes will start and end at the times set in the contract.
If no notification is received, this hour(s) will be counted as given, without any claim or refund.
I we cancel a lesson, this hour/s will be reassigned to a future date, or they can be discount on the next contract.

Regarding the PAYMENT

Payments are monthly and in advance.
Payment indicates the student's firm intention to take the course therefore it is not-refundable.
The course starts with a minimum of 2 students and closes with a maximum of 8.
If the required minimum number of students is not available, the start date will be postponed until this minimum is reached.
If a cancellation is granted, SOL Spanish Language Classes will retain 10% of the payment to cover administrative expenses.

Regarding the ATTENDANCE

Classes will start and end at the times set on the course.
If we cancel a class, these hours will be carried over to a future date or discounted in the following month.
If the student does not attend a class, these hours will be counted as given, without any claim or refund.
