PRIVATE LESSONS INFORMATION
Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Saturdays: 9:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Sundays: Only by appointment.
NUMBER OF SESSIONS:
It depends on the student requirements.
The total number of hours, starting day, and times will be set in a contract sign and pay in advanced.
SOL Language Clubs runs at 7 Cromer Road, Watford,f WD24 4DY. Lessons can take place at the person's home or in any other venue. There is a small and friendly dog at the premessis.
One2One (One Person Lessons)
Contact for 1 hour, £50.00
Contract between 2 - 10 hours, £45 p/h
Contact between 11 - 15 hours, £40 p/h
Contract between 16 - 20 hours, £35 p/h
Contract between 21 hours +, £30 p/h
Contracts must be paid in advanced and its total to obtain the discounts.
If the classes run in a different venue than SOL Language Clubs and additional cost, for travel will be added depending on the distance.
The placement test is free and optional, please call us to arrange one.
There are two options.
1. Use the material followed at SOL Language Clubs or
2. Use the material the student wants.
In both cases, the student must acquire the material and it is not SOL's obligation to provide them.
TERMS and CONTITIONS
Regarding the PAYMENT:
The total cost of each contract must be paid in advanced and its total.
Payment of the contract indicates the student's firm intention to take the classes and it is not-refundable unless exceptional circumstances.
SOL Language Clubs might refund or pass the contact to another starting date, only if the student notifies SOL Language Clubs, at least, two weeks in advance.
The contact has an expiration of 3 months after the booking. After this period there is not refunds or transfers.
If a cancelation is agreed, SOL Language Clubs will refund 90% of the payment, 10% will be keep by SOL Language Clubs to cover administrative costs.
The contract is only for person set as a Student under the contract's name, it cannot be transfer to any other person.
Regarding the ATTENDANCE:
The sessions will start and end at the times set in the contract.
We offer a flexible service, and provided the student notify SOL Language Clubs, at least, 2 working days in advanced, the lesson may be re-schedule without loss of fees.
If no notification is received this lesson will be counted as given, without any claim or refund.
If SOL Language Clubs cancels a session, this hour/s will be reassigned to a future date or may be passes to the next contract.
Regarding what the COST INCLUDED:
Spanish Language Lessons.
Photocopies of extra material.
Refreshments (tea, coffee, water)
Regarding what the COST DOES NOT INCLUDED:
Books, Workbooks, Activities Books, DVDs.
Any office supply such as pencil, pens, notebooks
Transportation, petrol, loss of work etc.
